Our Third to Sixth Class performed three musical pieces along with ten other schools at Caherconnel Stone Fort on Friday, 5th May. They performed the beautiful arrangements, Pachelbel’s Canon, Gáir Chatha Boirne, composed by Sharon Howley for the young musicians in our schools, and Clogher Road. Our pupils have been practising on their tin whistles, concertinas, banjos, violins, keyboards and guitars since February under the wonderful direction of the most talented teacher, and accordion player, Mr. Burke.
